These studded boots

Are made for walking. En kocht ik voor een uitermate aangename 24 euro in Primark. Er staat 'Limited Edition' in, maar ik weet niet of een productiegigant als Primark zo'n term wel geloofwaardig in de mond kan nemen. De schoenen trekken enorm de aandacht, dat wel: mijn vader vindt ze een winner omdat ik er potentiële aanvallers serieus mee kan verwonden, in de stad denken passanten dat ik er een fortuin voor heb neergelegd omdat de real deal in een etalage is terug te vinden voor een luttele 420 euro. 

Are made for walking. And bought for the magnificent price of 24 euros at Primark. The label says 'Limited Edition', but I'm not sure if a mass production store as Primark can use that term properly. But these boots are definitely spotlight material: my father thinks they're a winner because I could easily hurt potential attackers with them, in the city people think I paid a million for them since the real deal is being sold for nothing less then 420 euros.

Ik excuseer me nu al voor de schaapachtige blikken op onderstaande foto's, maar daar zit de Kerstmis-moeheid voor een stuk tussen. Het gewone dagritme is hier weergekeerd, al zal de nacht van Oud op Nieuw wellicht ook weer wat roet in het eten gooien. Tof roet, dat wel: 2013 is all mine. 

I apologize in advance for my weak looking faces in the pictures below, but I guess the Christmas-blues has something to do with that. The normal day rhythm has returned, but will probably be distorted again with the transition from Old to New. A kinda good distortion, though: 2013 is all mine.
